We've been building an AI-powered supplement tool that can improve how MSPs onboard, understand and manage their clients' systems.

What is Wegweiser?

Wegweiser /ˈveːkvaɪzɐ/ - A guide or signpost that shows the way

Think of it as your intelligent pathfinder through complex system landscapes, providing AI-powered insights and
real-time monitoring that goes beyond traditional RMM capabilities.

Why We Built This

We identified two critical bottlenecks in every MSP's lifecycle:

Client Onboarding Hell - The larger the customer, the harder it becomes to identify machines with critical
issues lurking beneath the surface. You can have the best onboarding automation, but is it clever enough to
identify repeating critical patterns over the past 30 days? We have yet to see the RMM that can understand and
interpret the data it collects.

The Knowledge Gap - Nobody can know everything about every hardware type or event log. We use AI to
supplement the team's expertise

We've focused intensely on data collection, handling mechanisms, and security. The UI is functional rather than
flashy - we prioritised substance over style. We need real-world MSPs to help us scale and refine the platform.
